For this reason, as of 24th March we have made the decision to temporarily close Usedirect Ireland until further notice, in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
We know this may cause some disappointment and we apologise for any inconvenience. Our priority is to protect the welfare of our employees and customers, we must do everything we can to protect our community and to reduce the further spread of the virus.
For those customers who are due to take delivery of their new vehicle or for customers who are booked in for service over the course of this week, we will aim to complete your transaction with us where it is safe to do so. We are in the process of contacting you directly.
All other existing appointments and bookings are being cancelled and we will be in contact to re-arrange these for when we re-open.
Although our site is closed, you can still enquire online if you find a car that interests you. We will respond to your query as soon as possible.
