Find your used car on our website and make an enquiry, by phone, email or through our website. Our team can arrange a live video call to walk you around the vehicle (virtually) and will answer any questions you might have.We can also send a personalised video of the car or additional photographs on request.
Once you’ve found the right car, our sales team can guide you though the necessary paperwork and part-exchange documentation. We can arrange finance and take your payment remotely.
Once everything is complete we’ll arrange delivery for you.
Before your car is delivered, we'll send you a handover video. If you have any questions on your vehicle after delivery, we can arrange another video call to discuss any specific features in more detail.
*Free delivery is available nationwide excluding islands. Vehicles will be delivered to the customer at a mutually agreed location. Keys and documentation will only be handed to the registered customer, photo ID such as passport or drivers licence will be required on delivery for verification purposes. Risk in the vehicle shall pass to the customer on delivery.
Where purchasing occurs through an off-premises or distance contract, the customer has the legal right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of delivery of the vehicle. Full details of how these cancellation rights work and any restrictions and requirements which apply are set out in the pre-contract information sheet which is provided to eligible customers. Any deposit or other sum paid by the Customer to the Company shall be refunded following cancellation in the circumstances set out above and, if a part exchange vehicle was provided, then by way of refund of the part of the value paid by providing the part exchange vehicle the company will at its discretion either:
(a) return that vehicle to the Customer; or
(b) pay the amount of the part exchange allowance (being the value of the part exchange vehicle less any part of that value already paid out to the Customer (or another party on the Customer's behalf)) to the Customer as part of the refund.
